Applied AGI for Maven Capital Partners

Maven Capital Partners completed an investment in Applied AGI, a developer of advanced AI software that enables autonomous systems to interpret visual information in complex environments. The business primarily served the defence and security sectors, providing technology that processes imagery and sensor data for surveillance and target recognition. This funding was used to scale the company’s engineering team and enhance its computing infrastructure, accelerating the transition of new products from prototype to deployment.

Our work focused on a structured maturity benchmarking exercise across the company’s delivery, security and scalability dimensions. We analysed Applied AGI’s operational delivery models and evaluated its product development lifecycles to assess the technical defensibility of its platform. This gave the investor clear visibility into the company’s technology architecture and data governance. To help Maven Capital Partners get the most from the relationship post-completion, we also provided advice on organisational design and leadership alignment to support the company’s scaling plans.
