Twinco operated a digitally enabled supply chain finance platform that funded the full production cycle from purchase order to invoice for SME manufacturers in emerging markets. The business had built a defensible market position on this unique funding model, addressing underserved segments of the global supply chain and funding over USD 800 million of orders to date.
We assessed Twinco’s technology architecture, product management, and operations prior to the transaction. By applying structured maturity benchmarking across delivery, security, and scalability dimensions, alongside detailed operational workflow analysis, we gave FMO confidence in the business’s operational discipline. We also outlined specific areas for post-completion focus, offering advice on professionalising the product function and implementing scalable management tooling to support the team’s ongoing expansion.
